Convenient and friendly

I was having trouble with my car battery while parked in front of the shop, and the owner noticed right away and came over to help. He jump-started my car and was a true gentleman! I really appreciate his help and feel blessed that someone so genuine and willing to help happened to walk by. Highly recommend this shop for their honesty and excellent customer service.

Awesome customer service! The entire interaction was flawless, the entire process flowed smoothly regarding quotations and recommended services. Love the way they embrace current technology with old school client interactions. Pricing is fair and transparent. I received the service expected for what I paid for! Shop was clean and organized unlike other shops Ive seen. I would say that the appearance of the shop reflects upon the quality of their work!

I brought a Mercedes-Benz 2000 and needed some work to be done on it. I happen to find out to about Petes and there work on older model cars since. I dropped off my car and they took care of the work that my car needed, and they did a nice job on my vehicle so Im Im very excited about having my car worked on by Petes Incorporated
