If you have a Mini: Go Here. Forgo the dealership pricing and upsells. I’m on my third Mini and am so, so disappointed I didn’t do better research sooner to find these folks. Honest. Caring. Straight-forward pricing. Excellent work. Just don’t get yourself in line ahead of me as you scramble to this gem of a shop! It’s not the promo Mini racing videos on the flatscreen and coffee in the lounge you’ll find here, but who cares? It is an honest to goodness old school “I give a crap about you and your car* small town feel they are vibing. They are taking care of your car and YOU, you aren’t a number here. Let’s all motor on over to Greg and Lucia and let them know SF appreciates them. Truly a find.

Wonderful experience here. Lucia made me feel taken care of. Took my BMW 750i in for a chassis problem and Lucia brought to my attention that I am still under warranty and to take it to BMW SF. Saved me tons of money and had a great experience because of the way Pete’s BMW and Lucia conducts business. Will be back!

This was our second time going to Pete's. The staff was extremely helpful, understanding, and friendly. We had an inexplicable physical damage on our BMW that we suspect was caused by another service facility but could not prove. Pete's helped us fix the damage and explained step-by-step what was done.
