Greg and everyone I have met at Pete's are friendly, helpful, and understanding. I am not too knowlegable about my car's operation, but everything I have had done at Pete's has been perfect. It is really a pleasure to leave my car for service with them. I thank them very much for all they have done for me and my car.

Gave up servicing by MZB dealer years ago after a visit to Petes. Cheaper, fast turn around, and quality work. This time they even called to check if my battery was under warranty with AAA before changing.

Prompt service, not too crowded, fast turnaround is good condition. Will come here now instead of the smart center on Brannan as they are relocating out of the city.

They took the time to explain everything my car needed in simple, easy-to-understand terms, which put my mind at ease. Their professionalism and transparency were refreshing! As an added bonus, I loved seeing all the beautiful vintage Mercedes they work on—it’s like a little car museum! I will definitely be returning for any future car needs. Highly recommend!
