I have gone here for years and referred folks to here. However my last encounter was very disturbing. I had a family funeral and was late two days. Greg who is explosive charge me $100 for each night. Thats gauging. No hotel charges that. He did not fix my issue and lost my cord that I brought. Instead of trying to find it he grew nasty and said we dont have time to find my husbands cord.

All staff is pleasant & informative. Always a pleasure to take the car in for service.

Ok…it wasn’t good news, but our 2009 BMW 328i water pump suddenly stopped working and left us stranded. Well fortunately, we had the car towed to Pete’s, real close to where we live. From beginning to end, they demonstrated their mastery of all things BMW, professionalism in conducting their business, and the truest version of high-quality customer service there is. We won’t hesitate to turn to Pete’s for everything from routine servicing to serious emergencies: Greg runs the business as if he were your relative, Lucia is incredible at managing the front desk, and Cole is one of their gifted mechanics.

I have been very pleased with the service I have received at Pete’s, since the first visit—now some few years ago. Pete’s seems to enjoy keeping my now 22-year-old Mercedes in fine running order, which is exactly what I want. I’ve been happy to know that my car is in good hands at Pete’s—and only eight blocks from my house!
