ITS HARD TO FIND A SHOP THAT HAS THE EXPERTISE TO WORK ON RARE MERCEDES ENGINES LIKE THE M189. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK DONE AND ALL OF THE WORK WE AGREED ON WAS DONE VERY WELL. VERY HAPPY WITH THE WAY THE CAR IS RUNNING NOW.

PETE'S IS THE BEST AUTOSHOP IN THE BAYAREA AND I TRUELY RECOMMEND THEM FOR SERVICES.

This is my second visit to Pete’s and again I am very very pleased with the level of service. They just do everything right. The shop is clean, organized and professional. The price are great and they really took care to let me know what I actually needed to address as opposed to selling me unneeded service. At one point I ran out of the shop so fast (to get my phone from my cab) the mechanic ran out to make sure everything was OK - it made me feel good to know they actually cared about me. I just purchase a 1985 Mercedes 300 turbo diesel, with low miles, yet it had a problem that if not addressed quickly would have stranded me with a tow bill. Pete's got right on with laser precision, rescuing me out of harms way. The bill was a bit rich in labor cost, but it's a Benz! Like a lover can't with live them and certainly would not without a MBZ..

These guys are the friendliest and most resourceful car repair shop one could find! Sure, Mercedes are expensive to keep up, but they are so much cheaper than the manufacturer, and these guys not only know how to fix anything, they'll even give free advice about what's probably going on with your car. One really feels taken care of at Pete's!
