Mario, who is the person the customer deals with, is always very helpful, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. The work has always been top notch. I have been getting my Mercedes serviced here for years and I trust them to do good work at fair prices.

True story, I brought my 850 into Pete's for batteries because Costco doesn't sell batteries for BMW's anymore because of the adaptive charging system. Service was great and I learned the business was for sale and so I bought it
