Mario is the quintessential customer service rep. Very knowledgeable, patient and non-judgmental. Lays out the pluses and minuses of optional repairs. I was especially happy when I simply mentioned I had this 3 year old dent that I wanted to get repaired with that paint less method and did he know somewhere to go. By the time he called me back a few hours later to tell me what mechanical repairs were needed the body work was done and it only cost $375!

You do not have to go to your local Mercedes repair shop try Pete's They have 30 years of experience Excellent management. Mario is a pleasure to work with They love what they do and it shows!
