I was impressed by Pete's Auto's service. First, i received a text the day before to remind me of the appointment. Second, I was emailed the estimate which clearly stated what work was going to be performed. Third, my car was ready when Maria said it would be. Fourth the final bill was exactly what the estimate was. No surprise which was great. Finally Mario explained clearly what was found (ie brake pads will be needed soon, in addition to the battery that will be needed to be changed soon). All in all, a very pleasant experience! I would recommend Pete's Auto
