Went in for an Oil Change this morning and that let me know it wasn't time yet, they said to come back in another 3k miles. Nice to find honest professionals!

I had an issue with my windshield wipers just as it started raining. I immediately drove it into their shop, and they resolved my nonworking windshield wiper within minutes!

I have been here only twice - once for each of my older Mercedes. I really like the owner Greg and the shop. They seem honest, very tech forward in terms of communication, and keep it convenient for busy people. Their shop is super clean and their location is much more convenient than most of the Mercedes service shops in SF.

Greg was very kind and professional. Making an appointment was easy and the service was fast. I will definitely return for future maintenances on my Mercedes Benz.

This was my first time at Pete's with my 2008 SMART car. I appreciated how friendly they are and that they did a thorough inspection of everything even though I'd taken it in beaause the windshield wipers weren't working and the convertible top and the trunk door weren't weren't working. I am not a car person--my late husband enjoyed all car-related activity-- so it was really helpful that they replaced brake fluid, oil and air filters and the battery. The car has been my sadly neglected #2 car that lives on the street, but I love her dearly because she can park anywhere in the city. Now she's looking very sharp, especially because they called in their headlight restoration person who took care of her glaucoma -like milky headlights.
