I took the car for service, and I was very happy to see that my car had been washed; they were too busy to do the service, but they were able to send me home with a cleaned car. It is a friendly place where one can feel secure, even during this difficult time.

I have taken my 2006 MBZ C-350 Sport to Pete's for a couple of years now. They know what they are doing and enjoy doing it. I only wish that I had started coming to them sooner for service instead of MBZ of SF. Mark worked with me to get my car scheduled for service in a tight time window and had the work done on time and under the estimated cost. I cannot recommend them enough.

Having had 3 different classic Mercedes vehicle, I've always taken them to Pete's for the security of knowing they do the work right and they know what they are doing. They take care with our vehicles and have a great team and I've always been happy with the work performed and how they stand behind everything. When dealing with an older car (mine have been mid-60's era) there are lots of considerations and lots of room for error, but the team at Pete's knows this and handles repairs accordingly. There is no other Mercedes shop I would trust like I do with Pete's.
