From the moment I entered Petes and met Greg, I knew I had found the space I would be servicing my BMW for the next 20 years. Immediately after sharing a sweet and few laughs, I was passed to one of Gregs professionals, Taylor. We learned that the reason my tailight was out was because, my BMW takes an extremely hard to find, like BMW light that youre not likely to find in any general American standard automotive store. Also, this was primarily the reason why the bulb kept burning out! Just for future reference, your bulb can go out immediately if the wrong light is inside. Nonetheless, I enjoyed spending time in the shop, despite my car not being in the best state at the time, I was a little nervous and more motivated to try to keep and learn more about my car and maintaining it. It is clear there is a standard of care that Petes delivers which has me less intimidated about BMW ownership. It has 4 wheels was what Greg said, when I lamented about how everyone else I went to complained about the complexity of BMWs. Time trusted and just a pleasure to be around, I know I am not going to anywhere else but Petes!
