The reputation and service at Pete's German Auto Repair lives up to ALL who have given them a favorable review. The experience with the servicing my Mercedes E350 was not an easy one, however dealing with Mario -(Service Advisor), and Greg -(Owner) Have given me a better understanding of the repair process.

I have been having my 2000 E320 Mercedes service at Pete's for about 15 years. They have consistently provided excellent service at a fair price. They are very professional and their customer facing people are very easy to deal with. When they encounter problems beyond the basic maintenance services they explain clearly and estimate the price. The work is done on a timely basis and at the price estimated. They have earned my trust.

After the San Francisco Mini dealership closed, I was looking for a place to have my car serviced without driving to the closest dealership in Marin. I found Pete’s on Yelp and could not be happier. It is easy to get an appointment and Marco is the best at keeping in touch about what they discovered, what needs to be fixed and the cost. Big plus is they are a 15 minute walk from my house.
